For each activity carried out for the purpose of providing or improving housing that is determined to benefit low- and moderate-income persons, the recipient must keep a copy of the written agreement with each landlord or developer receiving CDBG assistance indicating the total number of dwelling units in each multifamily structure assisted and the number of those units that will be occupied by low- and moderate-income households after assistance; the total cost of the activity including both CDBG and non-CDBG funds; the size and income of the household in each unit occupied by a low- and moderate-income household; and, for rental housing, the rent charged or to be charged for each dwelling unit in each structure assisted together with the information necessary to show the affordability of the LMI-occupied units under the criteria the recipient established and made public.
