Federal requirements sit alongside state agency material and selected city and local requirements. Local collections include inclusionary housing, housing trusts and tax incentives. They do not cover every municipality or every local housing authority.
Choose your program and location in research, then check each result’s jurisdiction. A federal result alone does not establish that state and local requirements have been covered. An empty search does not mean no requirement exists.

- Property agreements. Your LURA, regulatory agreement, HAP contract, recorded restrictions and negotiated tax agreements may add requirements. Rely does not hold your private documents.
- Agency choices. PHA administrative plans, participating-jurisdiction policies, waivers and written agency instructions may determine which option applies.
- Dates and changes. Historical coverage and rule transitions are incomplete. A review or link-check date is not a guarantee that every later amendment has been captured.
- The full requirement. Supporting passages and checks may cover only part of a rule. Rely is a research reference, not a determination that a property or household is compliant.
