The recipient must make its annual performance report publicly available to tribal members, non-Indians served under NAHASDA, and other citizens in the Indian area, in sufficient time to permit comment before the report is submitted to HUD. The recipient determines the manner and times for making the report available. The recipient must include in the report a summary of any comments received by the grant beneficiary or the recipient from tribal members, non-Indians served under NAHASDA, and other citizens in the Indian area.
