EIV must be used in its entirety for Moderate Rehabilitation reexaminations

The Moderate Rehabilitation program under 24 CFR part 882 is a program subject to 24 CFR 5.233. The PHA must use HUD's EIV system in its entirety as a third-party source to verify tenant employment and income during annual and streamlined reexaminations and to reduce administrative and subsidy payment errors.
5.233(a)(1)(iii) names part 882 expressly, which settles a question owners of Mod Rehab properties often raise: the programme is not exempt from EIV because it predates it.
