An interim reexamination is required on an estimated ten percent increase in annual adjusted income
mod_rehab.recertification.interim · v1.0.0
The PHA must conduct an interim reexamination when it becomes aware that the family's adjusted income has changed by an amount it estimates will result in an increase of ten percent or more in annual adjusted income, excluding increases in earned income unless the family previously received an interim reduction during the certification period. Increases in Total Tenant Payment and Tenant Rent following a timely reported change take effect after 30 days advance notice; where the family failed to report timely, increases are applied retroactively to the first of the month following the change.
