The PBV lease must include the HUD tenancy addendum, which prevails over the rest of the lease
pbv.lease.tenancy_addendum · v1.0.0
The tenant and owner must enter a written lease. In all cases the lease must include a HUD-required tenancy addendum, which must include word-for-word all provisions required by HUD. All provisions in the addendum must be included in the lease and its terms prevail over other provisions of the lease. The lease must specify the parties, the unit, the term, the amount of tenant rent to owner, what services, maintenance, equipment and utilities the owner provides, and the amount of any charges for food, furniture or supportive services.
