Residents of a Covered Project whose assistance converted to PBRA have the right to establish and operate a resident organization in accordance with 24 CFR part 245 (Tenant Participation in Multifamily Housing Projects), and are eligible for resident participation funding in accordance with Attachment 1B of the RAD Notice.
