Residents keep the right to organise and to resident participation funding after a PBV conversion

Residents of a Covered Project whose assistance converted to PBV have the right to establish and operate a resident organization for the purpose of addressing issues related to their living environment, and are eligible for resident participation funding in accordance with Attachment 1B of the RAD Notice. Legacy non-RAD PBV units located in the same Covered Project are subject to the same terms so that residents and units are treated uniformly.
