Recertification is required annually and on any income change of $100 or more per month

A Section 515 household must be recertified and must execute a tenant certification form at least annually, and additionally whenever a change in household income of $100 or more per month occurs. Where the tenant requests it, the borrower must also recertify for a change of $50 per month. The tenant must report all changes in household status that may affect eligibility, and the borrower must review each reported change and assess its effect on eligibility and on the net tenant contribution.
