For-profit borrowers must file the annual financial report within 90 days of fiscal year end

A for-profit or limited-profit Section 515 borrower must submit its annual financial reports - Form RD 3560-7 with 12 months of actual income and expenses, Form RD 3560-10 borrower balance sheet, compilations of prescribed forms, the certification of performance standards and any required audit - to Rural Development no later than 90 days following the close of the project fiscal year. State and local governments, Indian tribes and non-profit organizations file on the 2 CFR 200.512 schedule instead: the earlier of 30 days after receipt of the auditor's report or 9 months after the end of the audit period. The MFH Servicing Official may authorise an extension of up to 30 days, and only on evidence that the delay is at the auditor's request.
