The owner must obtain and review the EIV Income Report for each household at the required points in the certification cycle, resolve identified discrepancies, retain the required documentation, and comply with EIV security, access and disposal requirements.
EIV findings are among the most frequent MOR findings and are also the easiest to detect automatically, because the artifacts are dated and structured.
