Properties must meet the NSPIRE physical condition standards
s8.physical.nspire · v1.0.0
The property must be maintained in a condition that meets the NSPIRE standards, with life-threatening deficiencies corrected within 24 hours and other deficiencies within the timeframes set by the standard, and inspection results certified back to HUD.
HUD has repeatedly adjusted the NSPIRE scoring and affirmative-requirement compliance dates. The standards at 24 CFR 5.703 are in force; the scoring machinery timing should be re-verified on the monitored cadence.
