Project rental assistance under 42 U.S.C. 8013(b)(3) may be provided only for dwelling units for extremely low-income persons with disabilities and extremely low-income households that include at least one person with a disability. This is a narrower income standard than the very low-income standard that governs the Section 811 capital advance side, and it is a condition on the assistance itself rather than only on admission: the use requirement in 8013(b)(3)(E) makes the assisted units available for occupancy only by persons and households so described for the whole 30-year period.
