Audit a unit

Describe a unit and the atlas checks it against every rule that applies. A fact you have not given back comes back as not enough on file to say — never as a violation. Nothing here is a determination; it is the corpus stating what must be true and showing which of those it could and could not check.

Between 55 and 128 rules ask for each of these. Most rules need several facts before they can resolve, so filling one in rarely moves the count on its own — the list above the results says which fact is holding the most rules back for this unit. Leaving one blank is a real answer: the rules that need it come back as not enough on file, never as a violation.

Give at least an area, bedrooms and a designated AMI percentage, and the atlas will check what it can.
